Step One: Click on the Admin section of Continu

Step Two: Click on the Assessments section

Step Three: Click on the Add an Assessment button

Step Four: Click the Text Assessment button

Step Five: Complete the Title of the Text Assessment 

Step Six: Complete the Author Name

Step Seven: Complete the Description

Step Eight: Add Tags to the Assessment (optional)

Step Nine: Click the Next button to continue

Step Ten: Choose the question type that best represents the Question you are creating. (For more information on all question types, please see the support doc here) 

As you start to build your questions within the Assessment you will see the overall Question Builder:

Within the Question Builder, you can do the following:

  • Sort questions by clicking on the icon on the left
  • Add questions by clicking on the + Add a Question link
  • Add a page break to the Assessment by clicking on the + Add Break link

Step Eleven: Click the Next button to continue

Step Twelve: Choose to allow learners to see their completed grade after passing (For this Assessment this option will be selected)

Step Thirteen: Choose to allow if a learner will see all correct answers after passing (For more information on the settings for Text Assessments, please view this support doc

Step Fourteen: Set Minimum Passing Grade

Step Fifteen: Choose if learners will be able to retake the assessment if the passing grade is not met. (For more information on the settings for Text Assessments, please view this support doc)

Step Sixteen: Set the Graders for this Assessment. (For more information on setting up Grading for Assessments, please view this support doc)

Step Seventeen: Assign Graders that are not managers to this Assessment. (For more information on setting up Grading for Assessments, please view this support doc)

Step Eighteen: Click the Next button to Preview the Assessment

Step Ninteen: Click the X button to exit the Preview

Step Twenty: Click the Create button to create the Assessment ready for distribution
