Step One: Click on the Overview section of Continu

Step Two: Navigate to the Users section

Step Three: Click on the Manage Users link

Step Four: Click on the search bar to begin

There are many options when using the smart search feature. Below is the illustrated list:

Option One - Step 1: Search users by roles by clicking on the Roles link.

Option One - Step 2: Once a role has been selected, the search will automatically filter the results.

Option Two - Step 1: Search users by hired date, by clicking on the Hired On link.

Option Two - Step 2: Once a hired date has been selected, the search will automatically filter the results.

Option Three - Step 1 Search users by when they were created in Continu, by clicking on the Created link.

Option Three - Step 2: Once a created option has been selected, the search will automatically filter the results.

Option Four - Step 1: Search users by when they were last active on Continu, by clicking on the Last Active link.

Option Four - Step 2: Once a last active option has been selected, the search will automatically filter the results.

Option Five - Step 1: Search users by department, by typing a department into the search field. The department will appear.

Option Five - Step 2: Once the department has been selected, the search will automatically filter the results.

Option Six - Step 1: Search users by location, by typing a location into the search field. The location will appear.

 Option Six - Step 2: Once the location has been selected, the search will automatically filter the results.

Note: You can reset the search filters at any time by clicking on the X beside a search option.
