Workshop reports will include the following information as it appears in the Workshop Host Views:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Department (if available)
  • Location (if available)
  • Calendar Status (this information is available if the Google Calendar for your organization is enabled. To set this up please contact us at support@continu.co)

Step 1: Navigate to the Workshops area within Admin

Step 2: Click on the Info icon beside the Workshop that you would like to run a report for

There are two options you can utilize when running reports:

  • Select the individual dates (as shown in step 3)
  • Select all the dates within the Workshop (as shown in step 5)

Step 3: Select the dates that need to be included in the report

Step 4: Click the Download Report link (a .csv file will automatically download)

Step 5: Select the top indicator box. All dates within this Workshop will be selected

Step 6: Click the Download Report link (a .csv file will automatically download)
